travel north america united states oregon yachats wildlife cormorants

Cormorants are regular visitors to the rocks in front of our home in Yachats.
They are usually easy to identify because they stand with their wings spread in the air to cool off and dry.
Their black silhouettes remind me of historic Nazi posters.
Its fun to watch them dive under the water looking for food for relatively long periods of time.
